Oral Presentations

Participants invited to give an oral presentation will have 10 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

Presenters are expected to prepare their own presentation slides. Presentations may be delivered in person or online, according to the format confirmed by the organisers.

For online presentations, participants will be able to share and control their own slides during the session. Presenters are kindly asked to make sure that their presentation is ready before their scheduled session and to join the session in advance for a brief technical check.

Poster Presentations

Participants presenting a poster are kindly asked to print their poster in advance and bring it to the conference. Posters will be displayed at the conference venue during the designated poster session.

There is no fixed poster size requirement; presenters may choose the poster size that best suits their work.

During the poster session, authors are expected to be present next to their posters to briefly introduce their work, answer questions and discuss their findings with conference participants.

Poster presentations are not formal slide presentations.
