April 29, 2024. Submission of abstracts (abstract form here) to stics @mruni.eu. Please specify the Subject of the letter with the acronym “STICS 2024“. Notification of acceptance within two weeks after submission (do not forget to check the Junk folder if you do not get the answer for more than two weeks).
May 20, 2024. Submission of papers (full document length 8 pages, layout form here, paper language English) to stics@mruni.eu.
May 22-26, 2024. Payment of registration fee (the information will be provided for the participants via e-mail. After payment, send a scanned copy of your transaction to stics@mruni.eu) (No refunds).
June 6-7, 2024. Conference event. 

Registration fee is used to cover organizational expenses of the conference (publishing services, coffee breaks, etc.)

Fee with an article – 35 € (20 € online participation).
Fee without an article – 20 € (10 € online participation).
Accompanying person (listener) – 15 € (0 € online participation).
